AMOAH MAXWELL ATIDOO PADMORE is the Head of the Science Department at Bright Day Excellence Academy. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Earth Science (Exploration Geology) from the University of Ghana and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the Catholic University College of Ghana. He is a dedicated science educator with a passion for quality teaching, academic excellence, and inspiring students through innovative and practical science education. Shadrack Fofo Ahiable is a Ghanaian educator, administrator, and environmental scientist currently serving as the Headmaster of Bright Day Excellence Academy. His multidisciplinary approach to institutional leadership combines extensive expertise in natural resource management, sustainable mining, and business administration with a radical leftist socioeconomic worldview. Guided by these progressive principles, his school management philosophy prioritizes equity, inclusivity, critical thinking, and collective empowerment, viewing education as a vital instrument for social and economic progress. He began his academic foundation in Ghana's Western Region, completing his early education at Trinity Preparatory School in Enchi in 2005. He then attended Asankrangwa Senior High School , completing as a General Science student in 2008. This scientific training cultivated the rigorous analytical mindset that would define his later academic and professional pursuits. Dedicated to environmental sustainability and resource governance, he pursued advanced degrees at top Ghanaian universities: 1. BSc. in Natural Resources Management (2016): Earned from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), focusing on ecological systems, conservation, and responsible resource utilization. 2.
